Every year the royal yacht Dannebrog has its summer cruises in Denmark, either with the Queen and Prince Henrik, or with the Crown Prince and Crown Princess. This year’s programme has been published.
There will be two outings with the Queen and Prince Henrik this year. The first one will take place in June, and the other one in September.
It starts on June 2, when they make a visit to Nyborg on Fuen. June 3, Prince Henrik will be making a solo visit to Agersø, and on June 4, they will together visit Herning and Ikast. As neither of the latter two cities have a port (they’re in the middle of Jutland) Dannebrog will end the cruise in Aarhus.
The second cruise starts on September 6, when the Queen and Prince Henrik visits Lemvig, on Western Jutland. September 7, they will visit Thisted, in the Limfjord, a bit north of Lemvig. On 10 September, the cruise will end with a visit to Frederikssund, on Sealand. (Not far from Fredensborg.)
